I supervised the animation in this spot. I also personally animated the swarms of boards when they leave the shop and fly into the air, and when they fly across screen and dive down towards the house through to the end of the spot. I worked with our TD to develop a generic board asset rig - which could be switched between different cuts of lumber dynamically. I also wrote a python rigging tool to help in the swarm creation. It would generate individual flight path rigs per board that were individually adjustable from a parent driver rig for the entire swarm.
